Professional Standards
RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) we are currently in the process of completing our RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in order to become Chartered Surveyors with the RICS.
We adopt and adhere to the strict procedures and professional standards required of the RICS as practice.
Damp Surveys
We charge for damp surveys because that is how we make a living. This guarantees that you get a factual, impartial report which is not merely produced to try to sell related products and treatments.
We use a variety of methods to determine and calculate the scope of the damp problem and all of our instruments are calibrated with the certificates available for inspection. Tabulated results and accompanying photographic evidence is issued with our report as back up to our conclusions.
